Charming, well-located apartment perfect for families

A truly home-like experience!!
Very clean appartment, comfort bed, good facilities, very good free coffee. On top location just 5min walking to the centre. Free parking available just 2 streets away (3 minutes of walking), in the morning or earlier in the day it was difficult to find any available spot on free parking, but in the late afternoon almost whole parking was empty. Overall, I would rate this a 9 due to a small issue with the air conditioning, but the hosts, Daniele and Emilia, were incredibly kind and fixed the AC very quickly without disturbing us, so because of them I’m giving 10!!

Posizione eccellente proprio nelle vicinanze del centro. Zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa. Nessuna difficoltà negli spostamenti e nel parcheggio. Proprietari molto gentili e premurosi con qui siamo stati in contatto discretamente ma quasi ogni giorno per suggerimenti vari.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari. La signora Emilia, solare, accogliente e gentile, si è messa a disposizione per ogni esigenza. Ottimi i suoi consigli per luoghi da visitare e locali dove mangiare.

Come a casa
Avevo bisogno di un appartamento che fosse vicino all'ospedale Santa Rita. Non solo ho trovato una struttura che agevolasse questa necessità ma ho trovato soprattutto dei proprietari amorevoli che sono venuti incontro ad ogni mia richiesta. Avendo con me anche una bambina piccola mi hanno fornito tutto il loro aiuto possibile (cosa da non sottovalutare di questi tempi). Come si varca la soglia della porta ci si sente proprio come a casa. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e a due passi dal centro. Lo consiglio vivamente e non smetterò mai di ringraziare i proprietari.
