Solo llegábamos a dormir, así que los servicios estaban mas que suficientes, es agradable, seguro
El sofá está destrozado y da aspecto de sucio, tiene unas manchas enormes, nada que no se tape con un forro o una sábana encima

El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente, está todo nuevo y limpio. El barrio es muy tranquilo y silencioso y está cerca del metro. La comunicación con la casera fue rápida y efectiva.
Los aires acondicionados no enfriaban bien, lo cual ya había leído en un comentario anterior y esperaba que estuviera arreglado a nuestra llegada. Como sugerencia, cambiar las almohadas de la cama de matrimonio porque eran muy incómodas, y darle al sofá una limpieza o renovación.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The owner was in reliable communication before and during our stay to answer any of our questions and inform us of anything we might need to know. Equipped with a full kitchen and laundry machine, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Additionally, we loved the location. Tetuan is a very nice authentic Spanish neighbourhood in Madrid and we were steps away from grocery stores, alimentaciones, and tapas. It was very easy to get into the city centre as well.
