La limpieza estaba justita y por el precio del apartamento podrían cuidar un poco en revisar el mobiliario porque el sillón tenía muchas manchas y tuve que ponerle una sábana para poder sentarnos sin asco

The bed was comfortable and they provided alright coffee pods.

Very small property which opens directly on to the street. Sofa bed was covered in water marks and sank down at one side whilst trying to sleep on it. They should definitely replace this asap. Resulting in it really being a single sofa bed and you could sleep any more than a couple of nights on it. Very little crockery available. Staff were very unhelpful. In the run up to the stay I got asked at least twice what time I was arriving. I input the time to which it kept getting declined. There isn’t any point in them asking this info! I asked repeatedly if it was possible to get an earlier check in (normal is 15:00) and they said it would “depend on the cleaning team” Every reply felt like a generic auto response. They contacted me 3x to ask me to complete adding my card for the security deposit which I did. They didn’t seem to have a record of this, and on the day of arrival I repeated it 3x and told them I’d done so and that it may be an issue on their end if they couldn’t see it. They replied “sometimes this happens, try a different browser” which I didn’t. This is their issue not mine. On the day of arrival, after me asking repeatedly when it’d be ready, they sent the key box code at 14:59 (check in 15:00). Sleekit that! Once I got the code it was hard to locate the property as there isn’t a number on the door and the property is 2 doors up from the flats which say 51 on the door. Very poor customer service. I never usually say anything negative, but I’d avoid using this company/flat unless you really had too.
