Surrounded by the nature of Dehesa de la Villa, Rodríguez Sahagún park and the most vibrant urban life on Francos Rodríguez, Ofelia Nieto and Pablo Iglesias streets, this neighbourhood offers a unique experience due to its cultural diversity and excellent selection of restaurants and shops.



Connectivity and peace of mind The property is located in a varied residential environment, with easy access to public transport. Just 200 metres from Francos Rodríguez metro station and with several bus lines at your disposal, this loft is the starting point for exploring Madrid or moving comfortably around the city. 5 minutes from Paseo de la Castellana and Plaza de Castilla.



The apartment:



Located in the courtyard of the ground floor of a quiet building, this loft for four people is a haven of peace and silence. Access is through a courtyard with landscaped areas that recall classic Italian courtyards.



The space consists of a large living-dining room with an open kitchen, fully equipped to meet daily needs. It has two bedrooms with double beds: the main one with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom, comfortable and bright on a second floor or mezzanine with a separate second bathroom.



The living room overlooks a private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors and dining in the evening with the scent of jasmine.



With WiFi and an aerothermal system for heating and air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed throughout the year.

To bear in mind:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €70 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal General Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
