Small ground floor apartment with kitchen and washing machine, refrigerator.
Rather far from center and metro. It's hard for pushing luggage. The power breaks out very often, specially when washing machine working, even with heating turned off. The floor still had much of cleaning detergent remained. We had clean 3 times to clear that so our shoes don't stick with floor.

Posizione buona. Facilità di ritiro chiavi. Accettabile per pochi giorni.
Abbiamo beccato una settimana fredda a Madrid, in casa faceva davvero freddo, abbiamo provato a chiedere al proprietario come si facesse ad alzare la temperatura, ma rimaneva molto vago. Poteva venire a farci vedere. Ci rispondeva che la valvola "è in casa"/"è in cucina" (si ma dove?). Alla fine non abbiamo risolto. Dalla camera entrava aria fredda dagli spifferi della finestra. Avrei gradito conoscere il proprietario o un referente, ma non si è mai visto. Dal bagno provenivano degli odori sgradevoli
