About this apartment rental
Bright and cozy 60m2 apartment located in the Tetuán neighborhood, 15 minutes from the city center by bus or metro. With green areas and restaurants in the area. Completely renovated, it is the perfect place for a family or friends.
With capacity for 6 guests, the apartment is open plan, separating several areas with open partitions to create more privacy in the different sleeping areas. Enjoy an unbeatable stay!
As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A living area where you can find a rest area with a sofa and TV
- A room with a double bed
- A room with a double+single bunk beds
- A room with a single bed in the attic
- An open concept kitchen
- A bathroom with shower
- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years old.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
