Par ailleurs, l’adresse et les informations pour accéder au logement fournies par Booking étaient différentes de celles du loueur. À notre arrivée, le logement indiqué était occupé par d’autres personnes. Après avoir contacté le loueur par téléphone, celui-ci nous a finalement indiqué une autre adresse, située trois rues plus loin.

The location of the apartment is great: it's in the city center within easy walking distance of shops and cafés as well as the cultural sights of Pointe-à-Pitre. The apartment was comfortable and quite suitable for our two-night stay. It's in a quiet location off a small street.
In the morning we discovered there was no coffee machine in the apartment. There was not even a water boiler. We couldn't figure out how the induction stove worked, so we had to heat water for coffee in the microwave. Fortunately we had a couple of coffee filters with us - since there were none of those either - and we had to hold them over the cups with our fingers and pour the water in to make coffee. Another complaint is that we never got any instructions for leaving, even though I sent a message the day before asking what we should do with the key.
