Le logement est très bien sécurisé se qui est un plus au vu de l'emplacement du logement. La vue sur la baie était vraiment magnifique.
Le manque de propreté et le tapis de la salle de bain déchiré sont à noter, se qui est vraiment dommage. Quelques équipements de base pour améliorer l'expérience client seraient intéressants au vu du potentiel de l'appartement.

L’hôte est très réactif, l’entrée autonome est pratique et le lieu est sécurisé. La vue sur la ville de Pointe-à-Pitre est magnifique.
Les toilettes manquent d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui les rend très inconfortables et très désagréables surtout pour les personnes de grande taille. De plus, il n’y a pas de matériel de ménage (comme un balai ou une serpillière), ce qui serait pourtant utile pour nettoyer en cas d’eau renversée ou autre incident.
