Die Lage war überraschend gut, weil es nachts ruhig war, obwohl das Haus an der Hauptgeschäftsstraße im Zentrum lag. Tagsüber eine sehr lebendige und viel befahrene Straße. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll mit Geschmack und solide eingerichtet, Fotos im Angebot entsprechen. Die Küche ist mit allem Wichtigen für zwei Personen ausgestattet und somit auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.
Es war nicht besonders gut geputzt worden (z.B. Herdplatte) und weil das WC am Sockel undicht war, gab es Feuchtigkeit am Boden und eine Geruchsbelästigung. Die Vermieterin reagierte freundlich auf den Hinweis, doch ließ sich der Zustand in zwei Tagen Aufenthalt nicht beheben, sondern nur mit Küchenrolle trockenlegen. Die zweite Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem Sofa ist nicht ganz so bequem und obwohl wir danach gefragt hatten, war Bettwäsche nicht bereitgelegt. Wir fanden dann etwas in den Schränken. Ein kleines Handtuch mehr pro Pers. wäre gut gewesen.

This appartment has a good location if you want to see down town of the city. It is walking distance also to Memorial ACTe museum. It has a balcony and is well equipped for short stay. Instructions from the host were clear although we did not see anyone in person.
The back part of appartment is not sound proof and given the front one part faces the main street its overall a bit noisy place as well.
