Location, ease of check in, size of the room and comfort were the main positives from the room. The apartment is located in a great area of the city with access to the street but also in a quiet lane that avoids the noise from the busy traffic.
The light bulbs in the bedroom/living area of the studio apartment did not work. It didn't matter much to me as the porch light was enough to illuminate the room but I can see it bothering others. The water in the shower was mildly warm which, again, didn't matter during a May heatwave but will certainly be an issue should someone visit during the winter months.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable beds, clean, nice location.
No one was at reception when we wanted to check out and pay, it was 10.30am so not early. Had to contact them on WhatsApp and do a bank transfer.

The apartment is nice. We had the first floor but it smells really bad so we ask to change and they put us on the second floor
The staff asked to cancel our booking on the app to pay them directly. The cancellation was not free on booking so We refused and they said we were not allowed to check in before 2pm if we don’t. We kept the booking as it is and they finally accepted the check in. The guy on the phone was on the phone and quite rude/agressive because we did not want to cancel our booking.
