Newly renovated cosy home BB10

Sadly not much at all. We did not stay there and I later found out that were not the first guests to decline to stay after arriving. We are going to Burnley again next week but will not be booking this property.

The property was a very big disappointment. Had I used Google to look at the outside of the property using the number and post code on the booking confirmation I would have cancelled the booking straight away as it gave an indication of its condition. On arrival: Apart from the external condition, we found, There was food left over in the fridge, freezer and in the kitchen units. Mains power was off, this didn't help with the left over food, (it was not a chilled environment). There were also dishes left on the drainer. All of which suggested the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. This cast much doubt on the cleanliness of entire place. It smelt a little damp also. The external doors had quite noticeable gaps around the pretty large locks (your could see the outside) which made us genuinely doubt whether we would be safe had we stayed there. The main stairs, were quite a bit steeper than the images showed on the booking site, one of our party was unsure of using them safely. And the place felt cold and bare. To be fair the owner when booking and getting access was both helpful, polite and pleasant.

Property is nicely decorated, well equipped and very tidy. Outstanding value for money. Parking easy, spaces readily available on the residential streets surrounding. Harry's communication was good and responsive after I had a few teething problems with check in. Would stay here again - Thankyou!
