New Stylish City Apartment free parking sleeps 5 or 6

Great location, clean with plenty of light. Manager was very helpful. Parking under cover. Near Manchester city and Quay are with restaurants and shops. Excellent place to stay.

Very easy communication with friendly host. Excellent instructions with photos for entering the secure basement car park and collecting the key from the secure box. As a wheelchair user, access to the property was straightforward - mainly flat car park / route to entrance of apartment block and lift to 3rd floor. Lovely smell of clean washing on entering the apartment. More spacious than expected. Clean, bright and well equipped Great view from the living room adding to the feeling of space. Nice to chill out with Netflix after our event. Comfy sofa.

There were only 3 of us staying and I’m not sure how well it would work with more than 4 guests, because there were no curtains in the living room where the sofa bed is. We stayed on a very hot day so with no curtains, couldn’t block the sun streaming in late afternoon , which made the apartment hotter. We are not used to city noise, coming from a quiet village, and opening the windows to cool the apartment led to a lot of noise pollution as the apartment block is on a main road & near railway lines. If you are used to city centre noise, it probably wouldn’t bother you & was fine when the windows were closed. No air con as listed but the host did warn us about that before our stay. The master bedroom was lovely but the second bedroom was quite tight for space so not much furniture. Beds were quite soft. Sofa was nice & there was also a giant beanbag but only enough comfy seating for 5 guests.

Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt vor allem das Badezimmer. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.
