The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for short or long stays, including a dishwasher, washer machine, and drying rack. Whether you’re cooking or ordering in, this kitchen is set up for convenience.
BALCONIES & CITY VIEWS:
Enjoy panoramic views of Manchester’s skyline from the private balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind.
PERFECT FOR GROUPS & LONGER STAYS:

HOUSE RULES:
To ensure everyone’s comfort, please observe the following:
- No parties, smoking, or loud noise. Guests will be removed from the property for any breaches of these rules.
- Quiet hours start at 9 pm to respect our neighbours.
- No pets allowed to maintain a clean environment.
- Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 10 am to allow for thorough cleaning.
The apartment block contains CCTV in common areas and a ring doorbell by the front door for added security. Additionally, a noise decibel monitor helps us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.

Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 pm via key nest.
