Great location. 15-20 mins to city centre or stadiums. Construction site near by, so noisy heavy trucks driving by from 8 ish am. Place was clean however some parts needed a good dust down, you can tell those parts have not been touched for weeks. Gorgeous roof terrace which not sure if that’s mentioned in ad. Car park is definitely a bonus (use key fob to enter) however sometimes a car was parked there. Would I stay again? Yes 👍🏻
Light coming in, in the morning. Definitely needs blackout curtains. Not enough towels.

Very comfortable and spacious - the building felt safe and the staff were very friendly. There were fans in each room which was great because of the weather Good place to stay makes a change from a hotel -convenient t for Quays and Manchester City Centre
Nothing. Only think that check in instructions for parking the car need to be clearer as we didn’t know how to access the car park - the lady on the phone helping us was very friendly though !

Clean, decent worth it
No air conditioning, only one Fan was working out of 5 provided. Shower wasn’t working in shared toilet. Parking issue as someone parked at my designated bay and staff landlord couldn’t do anything. I have already told them to ensure I don’t get ticket as I wasn’t parked properly. I dint like the orders from landlord asking me to clean dishes, tide up everything before leave and empty the Bins and leave all garbage in the bins outside somewhere (I don’t remember they said.)
