During the stay, the host connected with me via WhatsApp and was very helpful, responsive and attentive. It's a lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable with easy access to the nearby Regent Retail Park. The balcony was really nice and the views from the apartment were great. Having two bathrooms, one of which has a full bath was very handy. The beds were very comfortable and overall it had a very homely feel.
Locating the drop box wasn't easy even though it could have been. Once the drop box was located it was fairly straightforward from there. Parking was quite tricky but part way through the stay, the host contacted us to support with onsite parking. Having a chopping board and a proper set of kitchen knives would be super helpful. Also some notes on how to use the hob as I had to go online to figure out how to use it.

A few little soft touches lien water in the fridge would be nice.
