The location is superb, close to attractions, transportations, gym and shops but also very quiet. The room is modern and clear, all facilities are in working order. The staff deserves 5 stars, easy to communicate and almost instant response, check in process was smooth. You can also use the laundry for a small fee, very handy.
3 level of stairs, I managed (in fact I love a workout) but maybe not for those with large suitcases. However for the price, it is fair.

La atención por parte de Samir, el dueño, fue excepcional. Habitación totalmente reformada tranquila y con buenos colchones. Ubicación del hotel sencillamente perfecta.

La struttura si trova molto vicino al centro ma in una zona tranquilla, la stanza era insonorizzata e si riposava molto bene. Il letto era comodo, come il cuscino. In generale la stanza era pulita e il personale molto cordiale, ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie qualche ora dopo il check out
Le lenzuola erano un po’ impolverate, il frigobar era vuoto e mi avrebbe fatto piacere trovare dell’acqua
