Sultanahmet Enjoyer Suites

Location

No lifts in property

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, especially thanks to its excellent location, very close to the Sultanahmet T1 tram station, making it easy to explore Istanbul. A special mention to Serhat at reception, who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He was always willing to help us with anything we needed and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, almost as if we had known him before. His kindness and approachable personality really made a difference in our stay! We also tried the restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious, which was another lovely part of our experience. We appreciated that the hotel accommodated our request for a room on the first or second floor, which we had made before booking, as there is no elevator. One thing to keep in mind is that the entrance is through a small door next to their restaurant, and there is no traditional hotel lobby.

The room was super clean this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited The staff was super friendly I really enjoyed my stay there The location is so good the tram is 5 minutes walk away and everything is walkable The room is big according to other hotels and it was so comfortable I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone

The location is excellent close to all attractions. Lot of restaurants and shopping area nearby. Tram stop at 300m. Haia Sofia, blue mosque 5 to 8 minutes by walk

It is not a proper hotel. It is just some rooms on the top of restaurants. No lift available hard to get luggage with stairs. No body available at the reception . No suitable fit families and couples. Room was very narrow
