Location, comfy main bed, spacious room. Great staff. Good food in the restaurant with 20% guest discount.
It could be a bit cleaner overall. The additional bed wasn't comfy at all, only maybe for a kid. The bathroom tap was semi-broken; you couldn't control the hot/cold water. Bathroom lighting was poor. The bathroom shower has only an over-the-head option, which, for us, was limiting. Like, hard to take a shower without making your hair wet.

The location is excellent close to all attractions. Lot of restaurants and shopping area nearby. Tram stop at 300m. Haia Sofia, blue mosque 5 to 8 minutes by walk
It is not a proper hotel. It is just some rooms on the top of restaurants. No lift available hard to get luggage with stairs. No body available at the reception . No suitable fit families and couples. Room was very narrow
