Location of the hotel was perfect 100-200m to Sultanahmet tram station, also staff was super good especially the guy who works in first shifts dont know the name was very kind, they have lovely simple breakfast.

Firstly electricity in first day went off so that can happen to anybody but their aggregator was not fast functionally İ hope they fix it faster, and my bed İ mean İ had double bed was not one but they were two single beds and İ sometimes couldnt sleep well because of the middle of two beds!

The location was perfect and very convenient. The breakfast was so healthy and with variety of items. The best breakfast ever.

To be honest for me everything was perfect specially the staff over the counter. Both shifts were so helpful and kind.

The location is great, just a couple minutes from the main touristic attractions in Sultanahmet, pretty close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport (tram). The staff is friendly and eager to help with any enquiry. There is a lift in the hotel, which makes taking suitcases upstairs pretty easy. I did not have the chance to try the breakfast offered but the kitchen looked organised and clean. The bed was big enough and quite comfortable as well as clean. The hotel provided a couple bottles of water in the room fridge and disposable flip flops as a courtesy. The room was organised, clean and with plenty of natural light coming in.

Even though the room can feel a bit small, it is cosy. The bathroom is small but good enough, maybe some of the walls in the shower could be a bit cleaner.

Location was EXCELLENT. walking distance of all major touristic attractions and 3 min walk from the Tram which will take you everywhere else. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious with great cheese offer and fresh bread everyday. Coffee and water available 24/7 Very clean too!!

Water pressure on the 5th floor was not great. Fine for showering but hair wash is a bit of a pain. Bed was ok for a couple days, might be too soft for some people.
