Nowy Efendi Hotel - Special Category

Very nice helpful staff allowed us early check in and late checkout (1pm!) Perfect location close to Haghia Sophia, Grand Bazzar and public transport (ferry, trams, metro). Very good breakfast with many local dishes.

The rooms are a bit old.

Excellent location in the heart of Sultanahmet. Incredible breakfast with lots of choice and very high-quality. Rooms very spacious and shower very nice as well. Staff very friendly, approachable and professional. A really nice day and I would highly recommend staying here as it is incredible value for money.

From the moment we booked, we were informed about services via Whatsapp. We made use of the Airport shuttle. The instructions were clear, we were met at the airport and swiftly escorted to our shuttle where a friendly driver and ice cold water awaited us. The hotel staff is exceptional. Nothing is too much for them. The hotel is 400m from the Blue Mosque making the tram, train and ferry accessible by foot. The breakfast was amazing, varied every day and gives a good mix of Turkish cuisine and continental breakfasts, including cereals, eggs, meats and cheeses, salads, bread with lots of condiments, fresh fruit and desserts. The room is very neat, with really comfortable beds.

The room is a bit small for 3 people and their luggage. Luckily the weather was great and we did not spend a lot of time in the room. The tv channels were all in Turkish with two or three news channels in English. No sport or movies available.

Really close to the Agias Sofia and Blue mosque and yet a quiet road. The staff was kind and helpfull. Well located.

The rooms were extremely small, the reception was in the lower floor without lift so you need to take the luggage with you when checking in. Breakfast was poor not varied. The decor of rooms was outdated and beds weren't very comfy.
