The location is great: just next to the old centre of Malaga. At the same time very quiet and clean room.
The room is very tight due to the architecture of the available space. As an example, to reach the bathroom you needed to walk sideways (the bed took most of the space). Before arrival I was messaging with someone responsible for the room (not the owner): fairly fast responses but s/he was referring to someone else which was not possible; also the link that was provided didn't add any value.

La estancia fue excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, a poca distancia del centro, y el apartamento era cómodo, limpio y estaba muy bien equipado. Además, el sistema de acceso con código hizo que el check-in y el check-out fueran muy fáciles y cómodos. También queremos destacar la atención recibida, ya que siempre estuvieron disponibles para ayudarnos y fueron muy atentos durante toda nuestra estancia.
No tenemos nada negativo que destacar. Consultamos la posibilidad de entrar un poco antes, pero no fue posible debido a la organización del alojamiento. Aun así, la comunicación fue excelente y todo el proceso se gestionó de manera muy profesional.

Good location, quite room.
Firstly - we were unlucky with room 106 (later I read reviews-complains about 206, 306) the layout is such that you lean back on the bed as soon as you enter. And there are definitely questions about where the promised 21 square meters are... the company should not mislead customers by indicating both the room plan and, in comparison with others, marking, that it is a small or basic option and that it is not "somewhat different layout". I would not wish such an option on anyone.
Secondly - no sunlight during the day, thirdly - we noticed ants every time…
