The property was extremely central and close to the main attractions. The hotel was maintained to a high standard and the reception staff were on hand 24/ 7 with any queries I had .. The hotel pictures don’t do it credit . The extras of having a drinks fridge in the room and access to tea and coffee were brilliant. Loved the pool and loungers .
Was a little noisy - could hear doors opening and closing outside room but I’m a light sleeper

Housekeeping does a fabulous job of keeping every space clean and pristine. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We overslept and missed breakfast but were offered fresh croissants and delicious coffee before we left.
We were happy with everything.

The hotel was in a great location and was well presented , we stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice. The free mini bar was a nice touch .
There wqs general dirt around the private pool , bird poo and general dirt , could have done with a mop . There was also ants everywhere which I seem to have brought to Gibraltar in my luggage :(, also on the morning there was no water at all so could flush toilet or wash hands
