Staff were great - really friendly- also let us check in 3 hours earlier as the room was ready.
Great having the pool on the roof- not massive but big enough to just chill in and cool down in the heat.
Amazing location into the city too.

Location, facilities staff so accommodating.
Maybe more umbrellas to n the rooftop especially in hot summer mths. Very exposed not a lot of shaded spots

Housekeeping does a fabulous job of keeping every space clean and pristine. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We overslept and missed breakfast but were offered fresh croissants and delicious coffee before we left.
We were happy with everything.

The property was extremely central and close to the main attractions. The hotel was maintained to a high standard and the reception staff were on hand 24/ 7 with any queries I had .. The hotel pictures don’t do it credit . The extras of having a drinks fridge in the room and access to tea and coffee were brilliant. Loved the pool and loungers .
Was a little noisy - could hear doors opening and closing outside room but I’m a light sleeper
