Oltrarno Charm Apartment

L’accueil était parfait et l’appartement était bien situé. Très pratique. Situé dans un quartier pas trop fréquenté mais proche de tout.

Rien à signaler de spécial.

Local amplo, limpo, organizado, tem cozinha completa com fogão, geladeira, chaleira, máquina de café de capsula, super recomendo. Tem aquecedor potente para quem vier no inverno. O Anfitrião atendia rápido as mensagens pelo whatsapp e estava no local nos aguardando para nos entregar as chaves.

O ambiente é muito fresco, nem sentimos do ar condicionado frio.

The owner is super nice. Check in was easy. Location is perfect, in the less touristy neighborhood, since the center has become horrendous. Many places to grab a drink and eat and the bridge to the centar is very close.

I'm really not the person to leave bad reviews, but people should know this things. The apartment (as most of the places in Italy) doesn't have an AC. So that being said it was extremely hot inside, with temperature reaching 30°, i don't think i slept whole week. The other thing was the bathroom... the bottom of the toilet looked like it was never cleaned, EXTREMELY disgusting. The corners in the shower were moldy and the water was going hot and cold while you're showering. I don't necessarily recommend this place, definitely looks better in the pictures...
