Buen transporte público cerca, muy cerca a la playa, tiendas y restaurantes en el área, además internamente muy completa su dotación y es cómodo.
Tuvimos una situación con el control remoto del TV y brindaron soluciones temporales, no definitivas; pero eso no es tan relevante.

La cercanía de playa. Presencia de menaje para cocinar algo básico.
El barrio tiene vecinos “dudosos”, no parece seguro. Se escuchaba música por la noche a toda la calle. También un punto a tener en cuenta, la ropa de cama estaba aún húmeda cuando recibimos las llaves.
