About this apartment rental
Charming and comfortable fully equipped apartment very close to the Mediterranean Sea that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on Las Arenas beach. It is perfect for families looking to spend a beach holiday but well connected. 15 minutes by car from the city centre and 10 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences and only 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park. It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
The accommodation:
Studio-type apartment located very close to the beaches of Cabañal, Malvarrosa and Las Arenas to accommodate up to 4 people. It is the perfect combination to get to know this Mediterranean city, birthplace of Western civilisation, the city of Valencia enjoys mild beaches with which to combat the summer heat. Easy access to public transport. Its functional distribution and location will allow you to make the most of Valencia's good weather.
The 42 m2 apartment features the following spaces:
- Excellent open-plan living room (living room-kitchen-bedroom), with a 140x190cm sofa bed, HD TV and access to a small patio.
- Fully equipped American kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle…).
- Master bedroom with a 135x190 cm double bed.
- Bathroom with sink, toilet, mirror and practical shower.
- Patio with table, two chairs and a bench, where relaxing and enjoying the fresh air will be a pleasure.
It is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).
Services and common areas:
- Free WiFi.
- Split air conditioning hot/cold. (open-plan lounge-kitchen and bedroom).
- Check-in after 21:00 incurs a supplement of 30 EUR.

The neighbourhood:
Malvarrosa Beach, located north of Valencia Port, offers its visitors 3 kilometres of coastline with golden, fine sand. This area was formerly occupied by fishermen, later became a resting place for the Valencian bourgeoisie and currently maintains its charm as a modern area of the city, in the midst of renovation. As a curiosity, it was named after its plantation of aromatic herbs and rose mallows. It is perfect if you want to go with family or to sunbathe in a relaxed manner, but it is also great if you want to practise any sport facing the sea, as there are areas specially equipped for the more active.
Within 100 metres of the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez… Valencia is a vibrant city full of history and culture that will not leave you indifferent!
How to get around:
Just a few metres from the building there are various transport options available;
- Bus stops: Dr. Lluch (19 – 92).
Mediterránea – Reina (32).
- Numerous bicycle rental stations.
- Tram. Tram Station Platja les Arenes Stop (4, 6, 8) 70 metres away.
- Taxi and Cycle lane.

We had a great 5 night stay. Host was responsive and flexible and check-in/out was very easy. Place was clean and matched pictures, with a few-blocks easy walk to the beach and many restaurants near by. Street parking is free, and didn't have to work too hard to find spots. It's street level, and can be noisy in daytime hours, but windows shut out street noise well when closed.
