Cama confortável, água quente, vista do quarto, localização próxima do Cais do Sodré.

Pra mim foi tranquilo, mas é bom alertar que se a pessoa tiver qualquer problema de mobilidade tem muitas escadas.

We would probably choose the same place again if we came back to Lisbon. The location is very close to the city center, on a small dead-end street up on a hill, with no houses on the opposite side - which gives it a really nice view on the city, a small part of the Tagus River, and even greenery, which feels quite special for a city hostel. The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed. There was all the necessary equipment - table, chairs, wardrobe, hangers - simple but useful, and enough for us considering the price–quality ratio. The kitchen and shared bathroom were kept tidy. One small suggestion would be to add some hangers in the shower (there’s space for them), and to replace the shower screen with a new one. Communication with the owner was good - they replied quickly to our questions (via booking). Above all, it’s a great starting point to reach the main local attractions, while still being _relatively_ quiet and not too crowded with tourists, even in high season. Of course, like in many places, there’s always the chance of guests coming back late from parties at 4am, so earplugs might be useful if you’re not someone who can sleep through anything. But it can happen just anywhere. It was a fantastic stay overall.

Minor issues: no shower hangers, shower screen a bit dirty, walls could use repainting

The property was fine overall, but the management’s behavior was disappointing. We checked out late, which we accept, but my roommate was spoken to rudely, told to leave within 5 minutes while packing, and even had the washroom door knocked on while in use. This felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.

The management’s attitude was unprofessional and made the stay uncomfortable despite the property being fine otherwise.
