Great value for money, also included air conditioning. Very central location but be prepared to walk up/down many stairs to access :).
The location is very central. However, for anybody with accessibility issues, I would not recommend the location, as it´s only accessible via steep stairs. The location is quite touristy and you can hear when people walk by outside the flat. So, would also not recommend for light sleepers (or just bring earplugs :) ))

The room was available earlier than anticipated and it was easy to access the keys using the lock box code. Communication with the host was thorough and positive!
We didn't realize how far up the stairs the property was so might have requested a drop off at the top rather than the bottom of the street.

Excellent communication - speedy replies to all questions. Fantastic shower, air con, well-stocked kitchen with oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Comfy bed and wide selection of bedding. Good, spacious shower. Selection of gifts when we arrived.
90 steps from the bottom main street (Bica funicular no longer running). Don't choose here if you struggle with mobility as there's no direct access for vehicles. More instructions for the property would've helped.

Wonderful location with excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. Lovely clean room with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
