Five-star review! It was an amazing experience! The house is in a great location. We came with our kids. The whole environment is really quiet, so we felt super at ease staying there. The view outside the window is gorgeous, especially in the morning when you can see the mountains in the distance and the greenery. It's so therapeutic. This isn't a hotel. You gotta contact the landlord and the customer service before checking in! Big thanks to the landlord and the customer service. They're so patient. They always replied to us quickly when we had questions, and their tone was so friendly. It didn't feel like those cold official responses. They're really professional and made us feel secure. The room is really clean, and the decoration is nice. It has that Instagrammable vibe, so you don't even wanna go out. The kitchen is well-equipped. You can cook by yourself as they have all the tableware and cooking utensils. And it's really good value for money. Turns out that choosing a homestay for a family trip is a great way to save money! They gave really clear instructions when we checked in. We just followed the steps and got in smoothly without any issues. The whole check-in process went really well. All in all, we had a really great stay! We came here in summer, but I've already made plans with my friends to come back in winter. It's gonna be amazing!

The location of the apartment is great. The apartment is spacious for two of us and everything was functional.

It was not well maintained. It's okay for a building or apartment to be old but it should be clean and maintained well. It's not cleaned thoroughly (random trash from previous travelers remain) so quite surprising to see in Japan, and a lot of stuff are falling apart in the apartment.
