    Had a wonderful stay at this hotel especially with front desk staff - Charles . We had good conversations and he kindly recommended us to go for this lavender night festival which was absolutely beautiful. Had a small mishap towards the end of the staff but perhaps it was accidentally mistake by the housekeeping / maintenance team which the front desk apologised for even without us prompting. Overall a good stay even in summer (its proximity to the ski station which make it a good choice in winter)

    We booked a two-bedroom suite for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with cooking utensils, making it very comfortable. A special thanks to Charles and Carl, who were exceptionally friendly and shared many great recommendations on places to eat and attractions to visit. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in winter one day. Thank you!

    I loved the large, spacious room, and it was very clean. The location is in the Kitanomine area, just a few minutes from the town. Since we drove, the location wasn't an issue.
