    The room we booked was premier suite with kitchen and all cookware and utensils provided. Staff are nice and room is clean. The hotel is close to supermarkets and restaurants, just a few minutes ride. Recommended!

    Very new hotel. Very clean. Everything sparkling clean. Its away from the Furano town where all the food options are. So if you dont drive then food options here is limited. There's a noodle shop next door and a morning cafe at the entrance but I didnt dine at either spot so cant comment. We have car. So all good with options. Room rather small but we are during summer so no ski gears to worry for space. It was still super peak season when we were there due to the flowers nearby. Beautiful. Very convenient within 20-30mins drive. Go early before all the bus loads of tourists arrive!! Room was still quite costly for a tiny room in my opinion but if you compare with others nearby. Its already the more affordable one.

    Had a wonderful stay at this hotel especially with front desk staff - Charles . We had good conversations and he kindly recommended us to go for this lavender night festival which was absolutely beautiful. Had a small mishap towards the end of the staff but perhaps it was accidentally mistake by the housekeeping / maintenance team which the front desk apologised for even without us prompting. Overall a good stay even in summer (its proximity to the ski station which make it a good choice in winter)

    What we liked - Modern, clean apartment - Spacious living area - Washing machine What we disliked - Early check-out time at 10 am (vs 11-12 pm at most hotels; a request for a 30 min extension was flatly rejected) - Pillows with unpleasant smell - Tiny bathroom without separation of toilet and shower area
