Fenix Furano is a fantastic accomodation for families. We booked for 2 adjoining rooms and had a great stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, staff were extremely helpful. They offered to provide suggestions for our dinner plans and assisted to make a reservation for us. We overlooked and left some belongings when we checked out and the staff were so helpful with arranging for courier to deliver our belongings to our next accomodation. Fenix have a group of helpful and responsive staff!
During summer , it is a quiet and serene town, but it should be an extremely convenient spot for guests during winter. The hotel is also well equipped for winter accomodation.

The town is pretty quiet during summer. I think is because of the wrong season.
Well... this is a fairly new hotel. Nothing bad about it but is pretty expensive.
Special shout out to Evon, she is such a delight to provide such excellent service.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. However, I was disappointed that housekeeping was not provided daily. If room cleaning is only done once every two days, it should be much more thorough.
I visited during the summer, and the hotel is located uphill. It wasn’t an issue for us since we were driving, but it may be inconvenient for guests relying on public transport.
The hotel also doesn’t offer any facilities such as a gym, pool, or other amenities, so it’s something to keep in mind when booking.
