Was super convenient. I was in need of an overnight stay close to Heathrow when my flight was unexpectedly cancelled at very short notice.

The property has recently been renovated in a bright inviting and modern way. The beds were very comfortable with crisp clean bedding. The bathroom has a strong powered shower with plenty of hot water. Overall we were very pleased with the room. We had excellent communication from the hosts with clear instructions on how to get into the property and our room which was much appreciated.
To be very picky, a few bits needed to be finished off following the renovation but nothing that had any effect on our stay. A few more milk capsules and some white sugar would have been nice but again, nothing that was detrimental to our stay.

The room was clean and tidy; the bathroom was clean, and the necessary towels and supplies were provided.
The idea of a shared kitchen on the ground floor isn't great, especially if you're staying in the room right next to it like we were. It’s not the host's fault. They had issued the necessary warnings. But we were left sleepless because some people would run the exhaust fan, talk loudly, and make a racket while cooking at 1:20 AM, only to repeat the whole ritual at 7:00 AM. Even though we asked them to keep it down during the night, we still couldn't get any proper sleep.
