    Once you check-in they give you instructions on the parking. Room was sizeable! so much space. There is a bar below and restaurant on the higher floor where you can get food or where you will get your breakfast. Their breakfast menu is buffet style. Staff was hospitable on our stay.

    Our experience was not good. We stayed two nights. First day the TV was no signal and shown the cable disconnect. My husband went down to reception asked for assistance. But the receptionist’s attitude was not good and didn’t want to solve our problem. She just said fully booked tonight and asked staff checked it tomorrow. Second day after we came back it was fixed it. And second thing was the scale of washbasin is not suitable for user when you turn on the tap the water was flooding from the board to the floor. That is terrible! We need to towelled it dry. If you stay one night should be okay, but stay two nights that is not housekeeping to clean room, change towel and refill tea bag. And also, I observed one thing so funny was you can see so many QR code for room service for food and snacks but what if you want to ask assistance, you must going down to receptionist. The price is not worth , the area in this district not safe at night, we not come again.
