    Its friendly and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the room fully cleaned and comfortable. Transfer to Heathrow can be booked at the hotel so no hassle.

    The hotel is near to airport and can easily reach by bus. The room is spacious with 2 double bed. The hotel gym is huge with full equipments. Sadly, the hotel doesn’t allow guest to store their luggage overnight even if they will be checking in a few days later. Would recommend this hotel if you need to catch a morning flight.

    This is hotel is overpriced The rooms are very dated and we did not enjoy it at all. The heating didn’t work for a while and as we booked on Agoda got the worst room as is the case often when booking on third party sites We thought it we the worst hotel we stayed at in 6 weeks of travel. I never write reviewed like this but on this occasion it’s warranted
