About this house rental

At the crossroads of three departments, Lot, Lot et Garonne, Tarn et Garonne, in a rural environment, Le Vallon de La Fontaine is nice cottage fully renovated in 2019. Surrounded by the Cahors vineyards, 20 kms away from Château de Bonaguil, 30 kms away from the city of Cahors and its famous Pont Valentré, and 15 kms only from Montcuq in the heart of the Quercy Blanc. Montcuq is a charming French village highlighted by Daniel Prevost in 1976 in his TV show Le Petit Rapporteur and famous for its local fresh market and its english speaking community.  This cottage is appreciated for its bright sunny and comfy rooms with a terrace facing south and overlooking a nice landscaped park. The fenced in pool will provide you a relaxing time after a day of exploring our beautiful region. The apartment is attached to the owners house and located in an old farm. You will have a direct and private access to it from the outside, going up a few stairs. All rooms are in the same floor : 1 leaving room opening to the terrace, 1 kitchen fully equipped, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Bed sheets and linen are provided as well as Wifi and electric heating. You will have a private car park on open space. The pool (10X5, from 80 to 2 m deep) is secured by a roller shutter cover and the use will have to be shared with the owners.   At the crossroads of three departments, Lot, Lot et Garonne, Tarn et Garonne, in a rural environment, Le Vallon de La Fontaine is nice cottage fully renovated in 2019.
