Gîte Cach - TOUZAC - Gîte

Pleasant little family house restored in 1997, located in the heart of the village of Touzac in a green environment. In summer, the house stays cool with its reversible air conditioning and for the happiness of the big and small you will enjoy the private swimming pool (8x4) on site! The village of Touzac draws its wealth from the viticulture (visit of wine cellar), production of Cahors wines. For breakfast or fresh bread, a baker will be present on the village square every morning. The banks of the Lot, the vineyards, the village and the historical and natural heritage of the village are all points that can mark out pleasant walks. The village festival is around the 17th of July and takes place just in front of the gite for a duration of 2 days. Ideally located, between Périgord and Quercy, near famous regions and tourist sites (Puy-l'Evêque, Bonaguil).  On the ground floor : Kitchenette, living room, shower room with toilet. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has access to the outside with a porch (2 beds 1.40 and 1 bed 0.90), shower room with WC accessible from the outside. Reversible air-conditioning in the corridor of the floor and in the living room. Wifi access. Garage (Washing machine, Dryer, Clothes line). Land 1/2 closed of 600 m². Private swimming pool 8x4 (flat bottom) secured with an alarm, garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue. Terrace of 8 m² with outside bar.
