This is a 100% smoke-free property. No smoking inside the condo or on the deck or breezeway is allowed.
Please note, property is for 4 guests only. We do not have a sofa bed, nor can the condo accommodate more than 4 guests.
Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is the perfect spot for your mountain vacation! It is located in the Timberfalls condo complex in East Vail. The FREE shuttle bus to Vail Village stops right 20 feet from the condo. The stop is literally right outside our front door. Convenience could not be any easier!! No car required! And, if you have a car, we have free parking at our condo complex.
Our ski closet, right outside out front door, will store all your equipment.
During the summer months, there is a newly remodeled heated outdoor pool and newly remodeled tennis courts included FREE of charge with your stay.
Our condo has an oversized deck in the back that spans the entire length of the condo allowing you to have an amazing mountain view with sunlight and brightness all year long. Whether you sit outside on the deck by our barbecue grill or inside in our cozy living space, you will feel completely at home.
Our condo is decorated in a contemporary rustic mountain decor. Condo features include:
- Free wifi for your convenience.
- Two (2) bathrooms. One full-size bathroom with a shower/tub and the other is a 3/4 bathroom with a stand-up shower.
- The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We stock everything for your cooking needs (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cooking gadgets, etc.), except the food, however, we do stock staple items for your convenience (coffee, sugar, spices, etc.). All cookware and appliances are of HIGH-QUALITY. This is the best stocked kitchen you will ever find in a rental.
- Full dining room table with plenty of seating for 6 as well as a breakfast counter with seating for 3.
- Living room with sofa and loveseat combo, wireless bluetooth speaker, 58-inch smart TV, bluray player, cable and wood-burning fireplace.
- Master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and quality linens, a 43-inch smart TV with cable, dresser and closet space.
- Second bedroom with 2 comfortable twin beds and quality linens, a 43-inch smart TV with cable, dresser and closet space.
- Full-sized washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Down the street is a very large park that has a picnic area and a wonderful kids playground for those guests with kids! Or the kids can play in our big backyard!
Vail Mountain is just a few minutes away and the Town's free shuttle bus system runs every 15 minutes during ski season and every 30 minutes in the summer and stops 20 feet from our condo, so no car required! Once in Vail Village, it’s a short walk to the slopes, shopping and dining.

Rental provides you with full access to my 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. For any questions or issues during your stay, you can contact me (the owner) direclty for assistance. I am available 24 hours a day/7 days a week during your stay.
Other things to note
We will not be able to accommodate long term stays during ski season. We apologize for the inconvenience. For all stays 30+ days outside of ski season intermediary cleaning will be required at 2 week intervals at the published cleaning fee rate.
In addition, check-in and check-out times may be flexible depending on whether there is another guest checking out on the day of your arrival or checking in on the day of your departure. Inquire with owner on whether flexibility is available.
Guests will be required to fill out a guest information form as well as sign a rental agreement which notes association and condo rules.
