About this apartment rental
Welcome Home to this spacious, 1600-square-foot, three-bedroom (plus a loft listed as an office), three-bathroom condo located in the Timber Falls Condominiums. Sit on the back deck and look out at the White River National Forest, sit in the hot tub, or just relax with friends. We completely renovated the condo during the fall of 2013 with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and new carpet. Located on the third floor of the 9-unit building, we have vaulted ceilings and no one above you.
This comfortable, family-owned, vacation condominium is not a part of a rental pool and is used primarily as our second home (only rented a few weeks each year). You deal with owners directly, not a rental agency. Plus, the kitchen is partially stocked so you do not have to go to the store for condiments that will go mostly unused.
Fully furnished to sleep up to eight people comfortably. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master, a very comfortable queen-size bed in the guest bedroom (both rooms are 11-feet by 13-feet), a bunk bed with a queen size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top in the third bedroom(a great room for kids), and a queen-size bed in the loft (10-feet by 13-feet 6 inches).
The living area is comfortable and open with a spacious living room, a beautiful dining room table, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
We also have a seven person hot tub in the building. It is just down the stairs and is a great way to relax after a hard day in Vail. Only the nine units in the building have access to the tub.
Alpine and Nordic skiing, ice skating, hiking, biking, golf, fly fishing, and tennis are all nearby as is the newly renovated Gerald Ford Amphitheater/Vilar Pavillion. Once you arrive there is no need to drive. Leave your car in the parking lot and use the FREE Vail Shuttle with a bus stop 100 yards from the condominium. You are only three and one-half miles or eight minutes from the heart of Vail Village.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had two families of four, (4) adults and (4) children and it worked out really well. The loft area has visual privacy which worked as sleeping quarters for the kids. My only reason for the four star review was the hot tub. We're able to use the hot tub much because the temperature was too low (85 degrees); however, the owners called the management and was able to get the temperature up to 95 degrees. The condo location was fantastic and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Vail.

Having a 4 BR at Timber Falls was great. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The walk to the bus is very short and being the first stop in the morning you always get a seat. Look forward to staying here next year.

Fantastic weekend though extremely cold outside. Unfortunately the fireplace was not available but the condo was spacious and comfortable. Owner provided hangers, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, trash bags, condiments and items to cook with. Very nice. It is frustrating when you have to buy these for a short stay. Rooms warmed up nicely. Convenient bus to town. Great condo. Responsive host. We will rent this place on our next trip
