About this house rental
This lovely townhome is located in a peaceful East Vail setting. Upon entry there is a large foyer for coats and gear. An inviting great room is filled with comfy furniture and a gas fireplace. Plenty of space at the breakfast bar to keep the chef of the group company during meal preparations in a fully stocked kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and the large windows truly bring nature into the home.There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms have a king bed and the 3rd bedroom holds a captain's bunkbed. The property also an attached heated one car garage for your convenience. The Vail Racquet Club is located directly across the street where club day passes are available for a reasonable cost. There is also a restaurant/bar for nights when no one wants to cook or drive back into town. The free shuttle runs every 15 minutes from this location during ski season.

A very clean property with ample space for sleeping and eating. The stairs were a challenge (3 levels) and the bathrooms were a bit on the small side. The downstairs living area was great.
