The Dordogne river - and a leisure centre offering a beach, canoeing, tree climbing course from 2 years old, is less than 15 minutes walk away.... ideal for swimming and beautiful days of activities! Many GR trails start from the village.

Recently refurbished, the Maison LES OIES harmoniously combines the charm of the old with a resolutely modern and extremely comfortable layout.

Inside, you will appreciate its large living room with its fully equipped open kitchen, its three large bedrooms and its 2 bathrooms / 2 separate ws;

Laid out in the stone part of the property LES MAISONS DE JEANNE, the house LES OIES offers on the first floor:
* A spacious living room, with a comfortable lounge area, consisting of a large corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV stand; and dining area with wooden table and 8 seats
* An open kitchen perfectly equipped with large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, baker etc...
Its glass door provides access to the terrace at the front of the house.
* Adjoining, the laundry room offers a washing machine and dryer.
* A separate toilet with washbasin completes the first floor

The sleeping area is located upstairs, very quiet:
* On the right of the landing, the master suite is furnished with a large double in 160cmx200cm, two bedside tables, a wardrobe with wardrobe.
* It has its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a double sink

Although adjoining the SECHOIR DES MAISONS DE JEANNE, the house LES OIES is entirely private and has its own terrace. A double soundproofed airlock separates the two houses inside.
