We offer for tourist rent a cozy two-bedroom apartment in the city center. The 67 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a glazed balcony. Everything you need for living and relaxing is available: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The cabin is air conditioned. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The Russian store is 40 meters away, the “Consum” supermarket is 250 meters away. There are plenty of bars and cafés within a radius of 100 metres. The bus station is 300 meters away, and the Mercadona chain supermarket is just a little further away. The sea and the city's popular Del Cura Beach are about 550 metres away. Accommodation option for up to 6 people (no pets!). Smoking is strictly prohibited! The fine for the violation is 200 euros!
Check-in at the property between 15:00 and 19:00. Check-out from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Check-in or check-out outside of the company/office's working hours, on Sundays, weekends and holidays, is subject to an additional fee of EUR 20. Office schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
