A lakás tágas, kényelmes és tiszta. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Közel a tengerpart és a városközpont. Csendes a társasház és a környék. Könnyű volt parkolni a közelben. Kedves a személyzet. Minden rendben volt.

Piso con aire acondicionado (que hace mucha falta en esa zona), bastante cerca de la playa, con buna atención por parte de los propietarios.
Al piso le hace falta una reforma y hace falta un servicio de desratización en el edificio.
