Lokalizacja świetna. Cena w porównaniu z innymi zadowalająca
Jest to wiekowe mieszkanie. Wg mnie wymaga remontu. Brakuje klimatyzacji w sypialniach.

Appartement correct, bien équipé, air conditionné plus qu'agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré tout les inconvénients.
Rue très sales odeurs d' urine et défections dans la rue et sur les trottoirs 🤮 cafards dans le logement. Terrasse pas pratique vu l'air co et la chaleur qui se dégage 😞

Piso con aire acondicionado (que hace mucha falta en esa zona), bastante cerca de la playa, con buna atención por parte de los propietarios.
Al piso le hace falta una reforma y hace falta un servicio de desratización en el edificio.
