We offer for tourist rent a cozy two-bedroom apartment within walking distance of the sea and the beach. The apartment is 55 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the balcony. The living room has air conditioning, and the bedroom has a ceiling fan. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is a swimming pool near the house. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. Two supermarkets "Consum" are 400 and 600 meters away, respectively, the nearest restaurant is 450 meters. The sea and the popular city beach Los Locos are about 800 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. For violation - a fine of 200 euros!

Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
