The facility had a beach umbrella and chairs we could use, so we didn't have to sort it. Great location: only 4 min walk from the sea and a huge supermarket Consume right downstairs, bakery on the way to the beach. The air conditioning in the living room worked ok. The handler was nice, every time we needed something, we were reaching out by WhatsApp and getting our answer quite fast.

The property was marked as wheelchair accessible, that was my main criteria, because I was traveling with a kid and the stroller. When we got in, we found out that there is a flight of stairs to get to the lift, and there is a wheelchair lift, but it can't be used without a special permission, so I had Wonderful time dragging the 12 kilo stroller + 9 kilo kid up and down the stairs at least twice per day. The apartment is in desperate need of repairs, the shower floor is a mine field, it is made of small square tiles that are not connected to the floor anymore, and if they are misplaced it is very unpleasant to step on. Old furniture is missing handles here and there. It was very dirty there. From the minute we stepped in, I didn't take my flip-flops off. We cleaned every 2-3 days ourselves, and I think we've left the floors way cleaner than they've ever been. We were left with no hand soap, very diluted by water dishwashing liquid and 1,5 rolls of toilet paper for 18 days, so we had to start our stay with supplying all of these ourselves and then we left it all behind, which is an unpleasant hassle. Old, cheap towels and bedsheets were washed in a terribly smelling detergent, it was impossible to sleep on them or use them until we washed them at least twice to somehow override the smell. The kitchen is equipped with dishes you can eat from, but not much with what you can cook in. The frying pan is destroyed, so basically nothing to fry in without risking your health, pots are all weird sizes. Very noisy building. I had a feeling that an Asian family lives right with us (some neighbors had their windows to the inner yard opened all the time and didn't hesitate to yell) and every time someone goes out in the corridor I could hear each step and what they discuss. Only the living room is air conditioned, and it's not enough to cover all 3 rooms.
