The hotel is within two minutes walking distance from town centre. The room is very spacious, clean, well decorated and most importantly there is enough lighting in the room of which many other cave hotels lack. On each floor there is a wide balcony with good views and comfortable sofas. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including the receptionists, housekeepers, and the chef named Rose. Our prebooked hot balloon flight on an online agency was cancelled in the first morning, luckily the hotel is able to arrange another balloon flight for us in the next morning with good price. With this reasonable price, I highly recommend this hotel.
