Royal Square View Residence

Lovely property and true to the listing- this property is in a quieter neighbourhood that is easy to get to the attractions of Prague. The subway station is a building away and just a few stops from the new town and old town. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Prague!

We loved the view, location, and size of the apartment! It was clean and the owners were very responsive to my questions. The Cinnabon Coffee Shop/Bakery downstairs is wonderful. Love waking up to that smell every morning. On the other side, the key code to the front door worked intermittently, it’s a no smoking apartment, which we loved and wanted, as I am allergic to cigarette smoke, however people smoked in the hallways and it would seep into our unit filling the whole place and causing me to choke. This frequently happened at night. There isn’t air conditioning, so you have to open the windows, which provides a fantastic breeze. But once again, people’s cigarette smoke from the courtyard would rise up and fill our bedroom. Any activity in the hallway sounded as though it was being blasted through a microphone and the noise would travel into the unit, frequently waking us up at night, as our bedroom was next to the main entrance. There isn’t a lift and our apartment was 3 flights up (78 stairs). If you are not use to walking up that many stairs numerous times a day, this may not be the place for you. We asked the owners to refill our coffee supply. They agreed, but they never brought coffee. Final note, one of the kitchen drawers was broken and you couldn’t close it. I reported it to the owners upon my arrival, but it never got fixed. We are in the process of getting dual citizenship and this is the area we would definitely live in, just not this apartment complex.
