The property itself was perfect. Big, comfortable, great location, and convenient key card access.

The staff of the management company was non-responsive. We didn’t have any emergencies, but I had some comments or questions that they never replied to. First, after filling in the online check in form, the confirmation said I would get the check in instructions one day before the reservation. I didn’t get the info, and called and no one answered, texted twice, and finally got it about one hour before. This is not a problem, but I was worried something was wrong when they said I’d get it the day before and I didn’t, and then they took a long time to respond. When I checked in at 2pm the cleaners were still in the middle of cleaning the apartment. I noticed a kitchen cupboard was broken when I arrived so I sent a picture letting them know and I received no response. I also texted via WhatsApp and Booking three times to ask if it was possible to have a late check out and they just never responded at all. In summary- nothing urgent, but their total lack of response was rude and unprofessional, and makes me think they would be very hard to contact if something actually needed to be solved.

The apartment was clean, the location was great and the host left a bottle of wine for us.

I do not recommend this apartment during winter, as it is very cold. Even though the radiators were extremely hot, they were not enough to properly heat the apartment. The apartment is poorly insulated, and cold air comes in through both the windows and the front door. We woke up every morning with a stuffy nose and a dry throat. The apartment is located on the top floor (fifth floor) with no elevator. The owner was unresponsive. I tried calling and messaging him, but only received a reply on the day of checkout, after we had already left. Overall, I do not recommend this apartment for a winter vacation.
