My single worst experience in Cambodia at a hotel. When we arrived we were given a room that had mold all over the ceilings and smelled of amonia. We complained and finally were given a different room (after looking at multiple with mold growing on ceiling) The room was okay but toilet smelly and yellowed seat. The WiFi wasn’t accessible most of the time. Had to use neighboring resorts WiFi and my data mostly. Power went out constantly. The restaurant gave me chicken breast that contained bones ( dangerous) I complained and the staff got angry and said to my wife in Khmer (why do you complain after and not before) We complained after finding the piece with bones so I’m not sure what this aggressive staff expected. He proceeded to tell us he had to personally pay for the meal in an aggressive manner. This is not the service that is expected in a resort. Maybe a cheap hostel but still. Puts a bad name to otherwise nice Cambodian hospitality. I’d recommend to reconsider your stay here as if you have any problem the staff will take it out on you and make you feel unsafe. This staff behaviour ruined our entire trip and we couldn’t use the pool after due to worrying about him.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and it continues to be one of our favorite places. We love its convenient location—right across from the beach and close to everything we need. The staff are always warm, friendly, and accommodating. We were also happy to see the new upgrades, including a pool and a bar, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

No safe deposit box in your room Resort should instal a dead bolt in the outside of the bathroom door because the shower is open to the sky and only has metal bars and any child or thin waisted man can climb up there and squeeze thru and enter your bathroom and bedroom that way I had to secure our bedroom door handle by cord to a closet door handle so nobody could enter our bedroom that way There is also a 1 inch gap under the bathroom door that made my wife not very happy on our honey moon trip Avoid this resort at all cost if you value your safety and valuables 😂 The food and staffare very good on the other hand 😂
