Relax in a comfy queen bed, enjoy a warm drink in your private fenced patio, and cozy up with your favorite shows on Netflix or a nostalgic vinyl record from our personal collection. The space also includes fast WiFi and a kitchen nook with a Brita filtering carafe, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

A twin bed is available for an additional charge of $20 per night. PLEASE BE SURE TO REQUEST THE TWIN BED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If no request is made, the room will be prepared with the queen bed only.
For dog owners: we’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog per stay. We charge $20 per dog per night. Dogs may not be left unattended in the bedroom or yard at any time. Please take your dog out to the street for all bathroom breaks (not in the yard). If you plan to bring more than one dog, please contact us before booking, as additional dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.
The property has two exterior security cameras: a Ring doorbell camera at the top of the stairs from the parking area and another camera at the rear patio. These cameras record outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the home.

Room very clean. Area was quiet and relaxing. Close to the beach and restaurants. Hosts were very kind and checked daily to asked if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

This property is cute, clean, and a twin bed was provided at an additional fee for my sister. Communication was excellent throughout the rental process. We only had 12 hours due to early morning flights to the East Coast; however, we walked 15 mins to SB Harbor for dinner and a brisk walk around the area. Hope to stay longer next time!! Highly recommend the property!

It was very clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Mini fridge was nice to keep drinks cold.
