Relax in a comfy queen bed, enjoy a warm drink in your private fenced patio, and cozy up with your favorite shows on Netflix or a nostalgic vinyl record from our personal collection. The space also includes fast WiFi and a kitchen nook with a Brita filtering carafe, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

A Victrola record player with Bluetooth and radio for mood music
Soft lighting and soothing decor for cozy evenings in.
Plush towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and all toiletries provided.
A yoga mat for relaxing morning stretches.
Eric’s hand-curated local guide to the best fall hikes, wine tastings, and romantic dinner spots. The best dog-friendly places are also listed in our guide.
A twin bed is available for an additional charge of $20 per night. PLEASE BE SURE TO REQUEST THE TWIN BED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If no request is made, the room will be prepared with the queen bed only.
For dog owners: we’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog per stay. We charge $20 per dog per night. Dogs may not be left unattended in the bedroom or yard at any time. Please take your dog out to the street for all bathroom breaks (not in the yard). If you plan to bring more than one dog, please contact us before booking, as additional dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.
The property has two exterior security cameras: a Ring doorbell camera at the top of the stairs from the parking area and another camera at the rear patio. These cameras record outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the home.
Come experience the magic of Santa Barbara… with lots of things to do around here (hiking, beach, farmers' market, wine country).

The Hummingbird suite had a comfy, spacious sleep area and a nice bathroom. The rental was light and bright, with hummingbirds inside and out. Eric and Ada were great hosts!
