Welcome to the ideal Mesa location! Before heading to the Beach and Shoreline Park, enjoy a delicious breakfast at Mesa Cafe, grab your morning beverage at Lighthouse Coffee, or make a quick grocery run at one of the three local grocers (all within a quick walk or less than 2-minute drive).
The Space:
This two-story townhome is well suited for an individual, couple, or small family who are looking for a two-bedroom, two-bath home with multiple desk/office areas in a very centralized location. If you play, the community has a private tennis court so please bring your rackets or request them prior to arrival. The home has three private patios, two of which are ideal for al fresco dining, a good book & coffee, or sunset cocktails. The kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room, and laundry room are located on the first level. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private patio, en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, desk, printer, private patio with an herb garden, and outdoor seating.

Stylish and FULLY equipped condo with every detail covered in the Welcome Book!
Appliances and furnishings are newer and the location is great, close to shopping and restaurants and Shoreline Park. We enjoyed our stay and already miss that peaceful little condo complex.
