Luxury Villa Monterez Club Golf, Shah Alam - Smarthome

We stayed at Monterez Villa, Shah Alam, for a school trip with 40 participants, and the overall experience was excellent. The villa offered very comfortable spaces, with ample rooms to accommodate our large group without feeling crowded. The living area is spacious, making it easy for everyone to gather and conduct briefings or activities. We especially loved the large open yard, which was perfect for group activities. Overall, Monterez Villa is a great choice for big groups looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to stay. Highly recommended for school trips, family gatherings, or team events.

Spacious and good for family gathering with kids

The huge living room and multiple sofas is the highlight of the villa.

The villa has great potential, however, the vicinity of the unit was not well maintained. Potted plants, debris, unused paints, mosquitoes, and high grass patch which cause inconvenienced. There was no main gate and is not safe for families with kids. Mosquitoes is everywhere especially after heavy rain. Invest in some renovation which may attract more families
