Hi, the iron in my apartment isn’t working properly. I have a big event to attend and really need to use it. Since I checked in late around 10:30pm, I only noticed this around midnight 11:51pm and already informed the PIC/owner last night. However, I was told there’s no spare iron available as all apartments are full. I was also informed that if I need it urgently, I would have to go to her house, which left me a bit disappointed. I also tried calling the management using the in-room telephone, but after I pressed the button with the key symbol, it just made a sound and no one answered. Or maybe I wasn’t using it correctly. Just wanted to share my feedback. Thank you.

Location wise, it is a walking distance to the mall where there are a lot of food options and such.

Room was not as pictured. It was shown that one room will have one large bed and one single bed however when we arrived, it was only one bed and we were provided with mattress instead. The TV has no signal too until the last night then we got to watch the tv because my mum accidentally hit a plate which adjusted the signal. Admin did not attend to our feedback on tv having no signal. The water flow from the shower was also little.
